1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most products purchased directly from twistamals.com under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received (including all accessories, manuals, or free gifts).

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

Eligible Products: Most products are eligible for return, except for:

Final sale items (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase).

Personalized or custom-made products.

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@twistamals.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

Receive Return Instructions: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back to us. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Ship the Product: Package the product securely and ship it to the address provided, including the RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

Refund Amount: We will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), excluding original shipping costs (e.g., $4.90 for Standard Shipping or $8.70 for Expedited Shipping) unless the return is due to our error.

Free Shipping Orders: For orders that qualified for Free Shipping (orders over $50), no shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and approving the return. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Fees: Taxes, duties, or other fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for a different product or size, please indicate this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

You are responsible for shipping costs for the exchange unless the return is due to our error.

If the replacement product costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

Resolution: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and, upon inspection, offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including original shipping costs) at your choice.

Exceptions: We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at checkout).

Personalized or custom-made products.

Products not in their original condition or missing components.

Products returned without an RMA number or outside the 30-day return window.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect product).

Our Error: If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

8. Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are processed (typically within 1-2 business days of placement). Contact us at info@twistamals.com to request a cancellation.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following the standard return process.

9. Your Rights Under Law

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
