- Cost: Free for orders over $50 (based on subtotal before taxes and fees)

Note: Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once your order ships.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories).

6. Free Shipping Eligibility
- Free Shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $50 or more (before taxes, discounts, or additional fees).
- Free Shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.
- Free Shipping uses our standard delivery method (4-7 business days).
- If an order qualifies for Free Shipping but you select Expedited Shipping, you will be charged the Expedited Shipping fee ($8.70).
7. Taxes and Fees

- Additional taxes or customs fees may apply for certain destinations (e.g., Puerto Rico or U.S. territories). You are responsible for any such fees.
8. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@twistamals.com within 30 days of your shipping confirmation. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to our Return Policy [insert link to Return Policy].

- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
